- 1 round brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Bread or crackers (for serving)
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional, sliced almonds or walnuts)
- Fresh herbs (optional, rosemary or thyme)
- Honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of the baking sheet, leaving space around it.
- Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the brie, allowing it to ooze down the sides.
- If using nuts, sprinkle them on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Lightly drizzle honey over everything for sweetness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is gooey but not completely runny.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Serve warm with slices of bread and crackers.
Notes
Keep an eye on the brie while baking to avoid overheating. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving to retain its shape.
