- Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of Brie on a baking dish or a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the top of the Brie.
- If using, sprinkle fresh herbs or nuts over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and slightly jiggles.
- Carefully remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
