- 4 large turkey wings
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried thyme)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the turkey wings. Season them with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, and herbs until well combined.
- Place the turkey wings in a baking dish and brush them generously with the glaze.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baste the wings with pan juices.
- Return to the oven for another 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a platter drizzled with additional glaze and garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
Consider marinating the wings in the glaze for better flavor. Baste them during roasting for a moist texture and crisp skin.
