Ingredients

  • 4 large turkey wings
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the turkey wings. Season them with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, and herbs until well combined.
  4. Place the turkey wings in a baking dish and brush them generously with the glaze.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and baste the wings with pan juices.
  7. Return to the oven for another 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve on a platter drizzled with additional glaze and garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Consider marinating the wings in the glaze for better flavor. Baste them during roasting for a moist texture and crisp skin.
