- Turkey wings
- Cranberry sauce
- Pomegranate seeds

- Garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
- Place the turkey wings in a large baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them, reserving the other half for basting. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Transfer the wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Baste the wings with the reserved marinade after 35 minutes and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the wings to rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with more herbs and pomegranate seeds.
Notes
For added crispiness, broil the wings for a few minutes at the end. This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
