Ingredients

  • Turkey wings
  • Cranberry sauce

  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh thyme
  • Fresh sage
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
  3. Place the turkey wings in a large baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them, reserving the other half for basting. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. Transfer the wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Baste the wings with the reserved marinade after 35 minutes and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Allow the wings to rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with more herbs and pomegranate seeds.

Notes

For added crispiness, broil the wings for a few minutes at the end. This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
