- 4 turkey wings
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey wings in a large plastic bag or container, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove the wings from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20–30 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.
- Once baked, allow the wings to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with creamy mashed potatoes and a vibrant green salad.
