Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey wings in a large plastic bag or container, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove the wings from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  5. Arrange the wings in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20–30 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.
  8. Once baked, allow the wings to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
