- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, whisked eggs, and sugar to the bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the mini muffin wells, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks. Enjoy warm or cooled!
