Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

  3. Add the melted butter, whisked eggs, and sugar to the bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the mini muffin wells, filling each about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks. Enjoy warm or cooled!

Notes

Use the ripest bananas for best flavor. Double-check your baking powder and soda for freshness.
