Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool slightly then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
