Description

Deliciously sweet blueberry cheesecake filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in lemon juice and zest, then gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  3. Unroll crescent dough on a floured surface and pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Cut the dough into triangles, place a spoonful of filling at the wide end, and roll up towards the pointed end.
  5. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or fresh berries.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent overflowing during baking.
