- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in lemon juice and zest, then gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Unroll crescent dough on a floured surface and pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into triangles, place a spoonful of filling at the wide end, and roll up towards the pointed end.
- Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
- Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or fresh berries.

Avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent overflowing during baking.
