Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and create a small well in each cookie.
- Spoon about a teaspoon of jam into each well.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
