Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and knead until smooth.
  2. Let It Rise: Cover and let the dough rise for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Make the Caramel Sauce: Combine sugar, butter, and cream in a pan over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  4. Form the Bites: Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll small balls of dough, insert apple slice, and seal.
  5. Boil the Bites: Boil water, add baking soda, and cook bites for about 30 seconds each.
