Instructions

  1. Prep the Biscuits: If making from scratch, create biscuit dough and cut into bite-sized pieces. Bake until golden brown.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions until translucent. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper, and fold in fresh herbs.
  4. Combine Everything: Add sautéed vegetables and biscuit pieces to the egg mixture. Gently fold in cheese.
