Description

A rich and creamy layered dessert featuring chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until fully mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of your whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, milk, and more powdered sugar to create the chocolate pudding layer. Layer this on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
  5. Chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Letting it chill overnight is recommended for best flavor.
