- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until fully mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of your whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, milk, and more powdered sugar to create the chocolate pudding layer. Layer this on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Letting it chill overnight is recommended for best flavor.
