- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chopped parsley and dill)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, and spices. Gently fold the ingredients together.
- Form the mixture into small bites, about the size of a golf ball.
- Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the crab bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
