- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or cake layers)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and bubble, about 10 minutes. Let them cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then gently fold in whipped cream.
- In serving cups, layer graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and cranberry mixture. Repeat until cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs and fresh cranberries.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 120 minutes before serving.
