Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or cake layers)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and bubble, about 10 minutes. Let them cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. In serving cups, layer graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and cranberry mixture. Repeat until cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  4. Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs and fresh cranberries.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 120 minutes before serving.
