- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 fresh jalapeños, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pastry dough by rolling it out to 1/8-inch thickness and cutting into rounds for tartlet pans.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, chopped jalapeños, and cranberries. Blend until smooth.
- Place the rolled dough into the tart pans and fill each with the cranberry and jalapeño mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh herbs and serving.
