  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped and lightly roasted)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each date down the middle and remove the pit.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, and roasted pecans. Add honey or maple syrup if using, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fill each date generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes until tops are golden and slightly bubbly.
