Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and olive oil; mix until well coated.
- Press each cod fillet into the panko mixture to ensure an even coating.
