Description

A delightful pull-apart bread filled with warmth, sweetness, and memories, perfect for Christmas morning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Frozen Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Add-Ins: Chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place frozen dinner rolls in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and allow to rise for about 5 hours or until doubled in size.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Melt about half a cup of unsalted butter and set aside. Cut each roll into quarters.
  4. Dip each piece into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Layer the coated pieces into a well-greased bundt pan, adding optional nuts or chocolate as desired.
  6. Mix brown sugar with any remaining butter and drizzle over the layered rolls.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  9. Mix powdered sugar with milk and vanilla extract; drizzle icing over the warm bread.

Notes

Consider preparing the rolls overnight for convenience. Ensure your pan is well-greased for easy release. Adjust baking time if at high altitude.
