Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and tomatoes under cool running water.
- Slice cucumbers thinly and cut tomatoes into wedges or chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and torn basil leaves.
- Tear fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and fold it into the salad mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; adjust to taste.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper, tossing gently.
- Let the salad rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Serve in a large, colorful bowl.
