Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roast the Garlic: Slice the top off a whole garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix the Cheese Base: Combine roasted garlic, ricotta, and a pinch of salt and pepper; spread over the rolled-out dough.
- Add Spinach and Cheese: Layer fresh spinach and mozzarella slices over the cheese base, sprinkling with herbs.
