  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Nuts (optional, chopped walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in the diced red bell pepper.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. If using nuts, roll the cheeseball in the chopped nuts to coat.
  6. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve with an array of crackers, sliced vegetables, or bread slices, and garnish as desired.
