Description

A delightful and easy recipe featuring tender pork chops coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Honey
  • Freshly minced garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or chives)
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil or melt butter.
  3. Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a splash of lemon juice.
  5. Once the pork chops are nearly done, pour the honey garlic mixture over them in the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add freshly chopped herbs and toss gently.
  7. Serve hot, drizzling more sauce over the chops if desired.

Notes

Let the meat sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Rest the chops for a few minutes after cooking.
