- Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- Honey
- Freshly minced garlic
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil or butter
- Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or chives)
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil or melt butter.
- Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a splash of lemon juice.
- Once the pork chops are nearly done, pour the honey garlic mixture over them in the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add freshly chopped herbs and toss gently.
- Serve hot, drizzling more sauce over the chops if desired.
Notes
