Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes without disturbing.
