Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a medium-sized casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, melted butter, and milk; whisk until smooth.
- Beat the eggs lightly and add them to the wet mixture; mix well.
- Stir in the corn until every kernel is coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, pepper, and additional seasonings. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
