- 4 Buns

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Trim excess fat from the chuck roast and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Meat: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Build the Flavor Base: Remove the roast, sauté sliced onions until golden, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
