Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then remove from heat.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish, drizzling the garlic butter mixture over each fillet. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with more parsley.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the salmon. If desired, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
