Description

A simple yet indulgent dish that combines fresh salmon with a rich lemon garlic butter sauce, creating a family favorite for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 34 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then remove from heat.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish, drizzling the garlic butter mixture over each fillet. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with more parsley.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the salmon. If desired, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
