- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until creamy.
- Stir in cocoa powder, coconut flakes, and chopped pecans until well combined.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
Notes
For best results, chill the pie overnight. You can use an Oreo crust for a chocolate twist.
