Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy garlic and herb mixture, perfect as an appetizer or side.
Ingredients

- Medium to large white button or cremini mushrooms
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms by gently cleaning them and removing the stems.
- Chop the stems finely and sauté them in olive oil with minced garlic over medium heat until softened.
- In a bowl, combine sautéed stems, cream cheese, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Add a dash of milk if needed.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or balsamic reduction.
Notes
Watch the mushrooms closely near the end of baking to prevent burning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
