Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel: In a medium saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat, stirring until it becomes a light amber color. Add unsalted butter and stir until melted. Slowly pour in sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Mix the peanut butter: In a bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully mixed.
- Assemble the minis: Scoop the peanut butter mixture into mini muffin molds halfway, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Serve and enjoy: Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. These minis can also be frozen for up to a month.
