Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the caramel: In a medium saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat, stirring until it becomes a light amber color. Add unsalted butter and stir until melted. Slowly pour in sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Cool slightly.
  2. Mix the peanut butter: In a bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully mixed.
  3. Assemble the minis: Scoop the peanut butter mixture into mini muffin molds halfway, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  4. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
