  • 1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Milk (for filling)
  • 1 cup Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and pudding mix. Gradually add to the butter mixture, alternating with milk until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While baking, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk for the filling. Fold in chopped pistachios.
  6. Once cooled, create holes in the cake and pour the filling over it. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Slice into squares and serve.
