Delicious S’mores Chocolate Chip Muffins combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the milk.
  5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil and milk with almond or oat milk.
