- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the milk.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil and milk with almond or oat milk.
