Delicious layered bars combining graham crackers, chocolate, butterscotch, and marshmallows, reminiscent of classic s’mores.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the crust.
- Add mini marshmallows on top, spreading them evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then pour over the layered ingredients.
- Top with remaining chocolate and butterscotch chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a nostalgic touch, toast marshmallows under the broiler for a few minutes before serving.
