S’mores Magic Bars

Description

Delicious layered bars combining graham crackers, chocolate, butterscotch, and marshmallows, reminiscent of classic s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the crust.
  4. Add mini marshmallows on top, spreading them evenly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then pour over the layered ingredients.
  6. Top with remaining chocolate and butterscotch chips.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a nostalgic touch, toast marshmallows under the broiler for a few minutes before serving.
