Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Spicy honey
  • Soy sauce
  • Minced garlic
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together spicy honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice.
  2. Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.
  4. Add the marinated salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Pour leftover marinade into the skillet and allow to thicken slightly.
  7. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate longer if possible for enhanced flavor. Do not overcrowd the pan when searing.
