Ingredients
- Fresh salmon fillets
- Spicy honey
- Soy sauce
- Minced garlic
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together spicy honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice.
- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.
- Add the marinated salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Pour leftover marinade into the skillet and allow to thicken slightly.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
Notes
Marinate longer if possible for enhanced flavor. Do not overcrowd the pan when searing.
