  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a medium baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the milk, eggs, and sweetener. Mix until creamy.
  5. Gently fold the creamy mixture into the dry ingredients without overmixing.
  6. Fold in the strawberries until well-distributed.
  7. Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
