Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, adding a splash of milk for a smooth batter.
- Fold in the apples until well distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
