- 8 oz fresh goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast them for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, olive oil, and maple syrup. Mix with a fork until smooth, adding chopped herbs.
- Let the walnuts cool, chop them coarsely, and mix into the goat cheese mixture with additional maple syrup.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with more maple syrup, and sprinkle with salt.
Notes
For variations, use pecans instead of walnuts or cream cheese instead of goat cheese. Room temperature ingredients mix better.
